Some Rug Hooking in Shell, Wyoming

Three of us met in Shell, WY to hook last weekend. It was a beautiful drive. Both coming and going the largest group of wild horses I've ever seen were down by the highway. It was wonderful!

Hooking was great fun. Debra worked on a medallion rug she started with Barb Carol. It is large and I can't wait to see it finished!
Patty was working on a bag designed by Cindi Gay. It goes onto a purchased pencil bag. Really cute idea and I love how hers is hooked.
Patty also brought her wide cut sheep all finished and stuffed. The wool was perfect for the sheep!
I brought a crock design I got from Two Old Crows. I'm hooking it into a pillow but not the crock shape.
I finished hooking my Maggie Bonanomi heart. Now I need to decide how to finish it!
As always we enjoyed each other's company. We are so lucky to have each other! Next weekend we will be demonstrating at an Arts Fair in Thermopolis WY. It is always a blast with so many really great vendors, music, storytelling and demonstrating. It runs Saturday and Sunday. We hope to see you there!
